Refunds

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TeaandHoneyBlends.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please call our customer care department at (800)-516-1148, and we will guide you through the process.

Items purchased from third party vendors should be returned to point of purchase.

Receiving a Refund

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:
» 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
» 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
» The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help at (800)-516-1148.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call us at (800)-516-1148 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us via mail (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can get information about your return by calling our customer care department at (800)-516-1148.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:


- The item(s) are not available.
- Your payment information could not be verified.
- The shipping address could not be verified.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Canceling Your Order

After you have clicked "Send My Order," you may be able to cancel your entire order. Simply click on the link in your Order Confirmation email, or click on the Track My Order link on the website to view your order. If your order can be cancelled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button beside the order.

Please note you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. At this time, you are unable to cancel or change part of your order. You must cancel the entire order.

Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel an order, however if you used a Gift Card to pay for your order, you may not receive credit back for a time period of up to 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming credit back to your form of tender once we are able to reissue credit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please contact us immediately at (800)-516-1148 if you wish to cancel your order for the following reasons:

- One or more products in your order become unavailable (You may cancel only the unavailable products).
- We are unable to process your payment information.

To help you better understand the calculation here is an example!

You select an item that is listed as "usually ships within 2 -3 days", and you select Standard Ground as your shipping method... 2-3 days (processing time) + 5 - 7 days (shipping time) = 7 - 10 days (delivery period). Days are calculated on business days which are considered Monday through Friday and exclude Federal Holidays within the United States.

- Orders received after 12:00 pm EST in the distribution system, will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Costs


- At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note; some items can only be shipped by air. Shipping costs are determined by:
- 1) The destination of your item(s) 2) The shipping method you select.
- Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.
- Shipping costs for orders are based on the total order weight. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount. This means your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges appearing in your shopping cart. You will be provided with your order's actual total shipping cost during Checkout.
